From seeing the car (on CarGuru) and having Aaron follow up via phone and email several times, answering all my questions and concerns, to finally getting a chance to drive the 3 1/2 hours from northern WI to look at & drive 2 cars I was interested in, this was definitely the BEST experience I have had buying a vehicle (& I've had several over my 69 years!). Aaron was off so David Middleton showed me the 2 vehicles (a 2024 Cadillac XT6 and a 2024 Buick Enclave). Both vehicles came with lots of bells and whistles and Dave did a great job of comparing the 2, explaining how to use everything in a unhurried, kind, pleasant manner, to patiently waiting for me to make my decision the whole process was terrific.
