Just want to express my gratitude for Dave , whoe sincerely guided me in making a purchase on my brand new truck. He was highky knowledgeable and super friendly. The total time the entire transaction took was less than an hour . Thank you Gary as well. The test drive was incredibly and the paperwork was fast. What a GREAT vehicle and GREAT experience at Whitaker Buick GMC Forest Lake! Steve, Bob and Gary were all fantastic and we absolutely love the new YUKON AT4! Communication was excellent from beginning to end and the process was smooth and simple. The vehicle was delivered almost an entire month earlier than expected which is amazing at a time when vehicles are hard to find and slow to receive. Everything from Whitaker Forest Lake exceeded our expectations!!

Dave Middleton, our Sales Consultant was very informative and patient answering all of our questions. We had been looking around for a truck for a while and discovered the one we bought by looking online. It was a couple hour drive for us and Dave assured us that the truck would be there when we got there. It was a no pressure sale (we would have walked away otherwise). Dave knowledgeably pointed out all the bells, whistles, and safety features of the truck without being pushy. I would also like to say that Gary Miskowic was excellent in assisting us as well, very friendly, helpful, and willing to answer questions in easy to understand terms.
