Jack went above and beyond the call of duty to find us the pickup truck we were looking for and work out the terms of a trade and sales agreement

My wife and I had a great experience with Jack Burn during our recent SUV purchase at Fury GMC. Throughout the entire process Jack was super! He provided a minimum pressure purchase process, working hard to provide a win/win for us and the dealer. But Jack’s best service was after the purchase agreement was agreed to with complete education of the vehicle’s multiple features and setup with GMC, OnStar, and the SUV’s onboard computer. Also Bob in the Finance helped us through all the finance options as well as the other options (Warranties and extras such as the rust proof, ceramic and interior sealants), providing detail information, with all the pro’s/cons and not trying to oversell to us. A great experience overall!

Had a great experience purchasing a vehicle at Fury Motors in Forest Lake. Our salesman Jack was very friendly, very professional, and very help throughout the whole process. Jack was able to answer all our questions and was very knowledgeable about the vehicle we were looking to purchase. The best thing was we did not feel pressured and felt very comfortable throughout the whole process. Mr Finance, Bob, was also great to work with, just like Jack, very personable, friendly, professional, and we never felt pressured, making us very comfortable. A great dealership to purchase a vehicle from, will definitely be back and will refer to family and friends to check out when looking for vehicles.

Along with Luke and Bob we are able to get the deal that fit me. Offered me more for my trade in then what it was listed for. Worked with Jack to pick out a bigger truck for our family. Jack took us through 4 different trucks. He was extremely knowledgeable on each one and the features they each had. We had to consult the in-house "gear-head" quickly for a few mechanical related questions, but all questions were answered. Showed us how they got the trade value on my trade, as well as showed us how they got the price on the truck we bought. Overall great experience. I'll be returning to Fury Motors for my next truck.
