I test-drove a Honda Pilot at Fury GMC Forest Lake. My salesperson was Lisa Horst. After the test drive, I met with Lisa in the office. I told her that I needed 24 hrs to review all the numbers. She did not pressure me. I greatly appreciated that. The next day, when I spoke to her, I told her that, sadly, it was out of my budget. She asked about my budget and said that she would work some numbers to see if she could get it within my budget. To my surprise, she was able to do it!!!! She knew I loved that vehicle. Moral of the story: Don't assume it's not within your budget until your salesperson works their magic. I put down a $500 deposit, and the next day, I made it mine. Lisa was so easy to work with. She is knowledgeable and efficient. She wanted me to be 100% satisfied and put me at ease with the buying process. My boyfriend ended up buying a truck from her while I was meeting with Bob Flynn in Financing! Bob was also so easy to work with. What a day it was for both of us.
