I wasn’t able to get off of work to come sign the paperwork, so they had one of their employees make the drive from Forest Lake to Spooner, WI to bring me the paperwork to sign at work. Great price , very freindly, truck was exactly as advertised. But it did take most of the day to get in and out . Bought it about 11 was still waiting for paper work to be finished at 1:30.
We brought our 2016 Buick Encore in for service on 1/29 - Originally it just needed an oil change and tire rotation. As they went through the stand multi-point vehicle inspection though, it was discovered that the coolant reservoir was almost empty & could be smelled by the engine. In pressure testing the cooling system, a leak was found by the water outlet which was cracked. Replacement of water outlet was made & filled - and all was fine again. In addition and per our request, they washed the car windows (it was way too cold to have a car wash). In particular, though, we were extremely pleased with how they also washed/cleaned the inside of the front window - upon our request. We have tried many ways & suggestions to do this ourselves, but it always ends up smeary. The person cleaning it for us this time really knew how to do it; and as I drove the car home against the sunlight, there were no smudges, smears, or streaks. Success at last!
This was our first experience with Fury GMC since they have taken over from Whitaker and it was a very good one. The servicing advisor Eric Pratt remembered us as well when he stayed on with the dealership. It appears that Daniel Holm was the technician on hand (and I'm not sure who did the great job on the windows) - but it was very satisfactorily and well done. Thanks! Took in vehicle, charged for new spark plugs and diagnosis but it didn’t resolve the problem. Brought it back the next day. Hoping dealership will do what’s right to find issue.
**Update: The dealership made several attempts to duplicate the problem, unfortunately, it would not duplicate so still have no answer. However, the dealership was very responsive and did not charge me for the additional Technician time while attempting to locate issue. Very courteous and advised me to bring it in again if the problem resurfaces.

I had a great experience at this dealership. My sales rep, Lukas was kind, patient (our two year old was with us) and straight forward. At my request, he checked to see if my vehicle was on the recall list and attended to bringing it into compliance with acceptable operating standards. The general service and update work was satisfactorily completed according to schedule by service technician Rich. When I checked out, Alan gave me a detailed review of the vehicle inspection record. All of the staff that I encountered were very courteous and personable. The facility was neat, clean and comfortable.

we could have saved $100s of dollars going to a franchise dealer. But from the moment we walked in the door, mid afternoon, not ready to buy on the last day of the month, we felt very comfortable and no sales pressure at all! It felt right, we were treated fairly, and we bought anyway from Whitaker, the right choice!

We never shopped w/ Whitaker before as we are from North Central MN and we stopped in before they were open on a Saturday and Greg came out to help with no issues. Never once did he try and pressure you in anyway or say oh this vehicle wont be on the lot long, I walked away from another dealer in North Central MN after looking at an Enclave when I got that response. I felt Greg was honest great to work with and the process was fast as well. I would definitely recommend Greg and Whitaker Buick GMC. What an excellent experience my husband and I had at Whitaker GMC Forest Lake. We just purchased a Sierra 1500 Denali GMC Truck. It is a stunning lava red with all of the bells and whistles. We have never had a vehicle like this one and were a little nervous about purchasing a larger vehicle. That is where Logan Strunk came in. He was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He allowed us to take our time and really examine the vehicle. Not only was Logan friendly and approachable but we were greeted by the General Manager ( Jim Bush) as well. Everyone there wanted to make sure we were taken care of, and it showed. We will definitely go back there to make future purchases. We had an issue with our car that needed to be taken care of before we can continue to drive it. We were able to drop it off Sunday night and it was fixed by Tuesday late morning. Everything was covered under warranty and there were no issues. Eric was our service guy and did a very good job

I like to have the points added to my GMC account but the last 3 oil changes - either the system is down at the store or the system is down at GMC- it is very frustrating and then they tell me to follow up- I tried numerous times but get no where! Your program is not working and it is costing me money with no point returns. At $98 an oil change that is almost $300 in points I don’t have!
