We brought our 2016 Buick Encore in for service on 1/29 - Originally it just needed an oil change and tire rotation. As they went through the stand multi-point vehicle inspection though, it was discovered that the coolant reservoir was almost empty & could be smelled by the engine. In pressure testing the cooling system, a leak was found by the water outlet which was cracked. Replacement of water outlet was made & filled - and all was fine again. In addition and per our request, they washed the car windows (it was way too cold to have a car wash). In particular, though, we were extremely pleased with how they also washed/cleaned the inside of the front window - upon our request. We have tried many ways & suggestions to do this ourselves, but it always ends up smeary. The person cleaning it for us this time really knew how to do it; and as I drove the car home against the sunlight, there were no smudges, smears, or streaks. Success at last! This was our first experience with Fury GMC since they have taken over from Whitaker and it was a very good one. The servicing advisor Eric Pratt remembered us as well when he stayed on with the dealership. It appears that Daniel Holm was the technician on hand (and I'm not sure who did the great job on the windows) - but it was very satisfactorily and well done. Thanks! Took in vehicle, charged for new spark plugs and diagnosis but it didn’t resolve the problem. Brought it back the next day. Hoping dealership will do what’s right to find issue. **Update: The dealership made several attempts to duplicate the problem, unfortunately, it would not duplicate so still have no answer. However, the dealership was very responsive and did not charge me for the additional Technician time while attempting to locate issue. Very courteous and advised me to bring it in again if the problem resurfaces.

Our experience at Fury GMC was a great experience! Our salesman, Dave Middleton, is very knowledgeable about GMC vehicles. We purchased a 2026 GMC Acadia. Dave’s knowledge on all the technology in the vehicle was impressive. I have not driven a GMC before, so his knowledge gave me confidence when driving home. Brian, the manager was friendly and great to deal with. We financed through GMC, Bob, in the financial department made the process smooth. The best car buying experience we have ever had!

My service advisor, Alan was very personable and knowledgeable about what needed to be done to keep my vehicle in good working order. At my request, he checked to see if my vehicle was on the recall list and attended to bringing it into compliance with acceptable operating standards. The general service and update work was satisfactorily completed according to schedule by service technician Rich. When I checked out, Alan gave me a detailed review of the vehicle inspection record. All of the staff that I encountered were very courteous and personable. The facility was neat, clean and comfortable.

We never shopped w/ Whitaker before as we are from North Central MN and we stopped in before they were open on a Saturday and Greg came out to help with no issues. Never once did he try and pressure you in anyway or say oh this vehicle wont be on the lot long, I walked away from another dealer in North Central MN after looking at an Enclave when I got that response. I felt Greg was honest great to work with and the process was fast as well. I would definitely recommend Greg and Whitaker Buick GMC. I will certainty check in with them the next time we are in the market for another vehicle

I test-drove a Honda Pilot at Fury GMC Forest Lake. My salesperson was Lisa Horst. After the test drive, I met with Lisa in the office. I told her that I needed 24 hrs to review all the numbers. She did not pressure me. I greatly appreciated that. The next day, when I spoke to her, I told her that, sadly, it was out of my budget. She asked about my budget and said that she would work some numbers to see if she could get it within my budget. To my surprise, she was able to do it!!!! She knew I loved that vehicle. Moral of the story: Don't assume it's not within your budget until your salesperson works their magic. I put down a $500 deposit, and the next day, I made it mine. Lisa was so easy to work with. She is knowledgeable and efficient. She wanted me to be 100% satisfied and put me at ease with the buying process. My boyfriend ended up buying a truck from her while I was meeting with Bob Flynn in Financing! Bob was also so easy to work with. What a day it was for both of us. If you're looking for a vehicle, definitely see Lisa Horst at Fury GMC Forest Lake to get the vehicle of your dreams! 5* experience.

Purchased a 2022 Camaro all the way from Texas. 10/10 Amazing service. Aaron A. was my salesperson and he was nothing but kind and helpful. Any questions I needed he was able to answer. Everything was transparent and I had zero issues. It was a bit of a process because it was an out of state purchase but even then it went very smooth. They recommended a carrier and it arrived within 5 days of purchase in beautiful condition just as they described it and how it was shown in the pictures. Easy 5 stars if I ever travel to Forest Lake I'd like to visit them in person to thank for helping me get my dream car.

I recently purchased a new used car from Fury GMC in Forest Lake and I definitely rate my experience a 10 out of 10. Dalles offered me a deal that I could not refuse and made the whole buying experience a breeze. I had some anxiety about whether or not it was the right time for me to make such a large financial commitment but Gary in financing went out of his way to get me the best interest rate and took the time to thoroughly explain everything I was purchasing before signing. The whole experience was superb and I highly recommend checking them out to anyone on the market for a new or used vehicle!

I applied online for pre-approval around 5 PM and received a call just five minutes later. Jack, who assisted us, invited us to come in the same day. We went to the dealership, test drove the car, and the team worked hard to get us a better rate. We honestly didn't expect to be bringing our new car home that day! The whole process took about four hours, but it was well worth it. Bob was also great to work with. He explained everything in detail and even helped us set up insurance for our new car. Definitely recommend this place, and we would gladly come back again!

Worked with Jack to pick out a bigger truck for our family. Jack took us through 4 different trucks. He was extremely knowledgeable on each one and the features they each had. We had to consult the in-house "gear-head" quickly for a few mechanical related questions, but all questions were answered. Showed us how they got the trade value on my trade, as well as showed us how they got the price on the truck we bought. Overall great experience. I'll be returning to Fury Motors for my next truck.

From seeing the car (on CarGuru) and having Aaron follow up via phone and email several times, answering all my questions and concerns, to finally getting a chance to drive the 3 1/2 hours from northern WI to look at & drive 2 cars I was interested in, this was definitely the BEST experience I have had buying a vehicle (& I've had several over my 69 years!). Aaron was off so David Middleton showed me the 2 vehicles (a 2024 Cadillac XT6 and a 2024 Buick Enclave). Both vehicles came with lots of bells and whistles and Dave did a great job of comparing the 2, explaining how to use everything in a unhurried, kind, pleasant manner, to patiently waiting for me to make my decision the whole process was terrific. Thank you Aaron and Dave - I love my new Cadillac!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ What an excellent - out of state - experience with Fury in Forest Lake, MN! I made a call to Fury regarding a used Jeep Grand Cherokee one Monday evening, and was paired with sales team member Dalles. By the next day, Dalles and I were able to review photos, talk through vehicle specifics, and allow me to be comfortable purchasing a vehicle from several hundred miles away in North Dakota. Dalles and Fury, additionally, worked with me on a trade in, and we were able to meet in the middle (distance-wise) to complete the transaction and vehicle trade. By Thursday of that same week, Dalles drove away in my 2017 Jeep GC, and I drove away in the 2024! ☺️ thank you for making this transaction so easy for me! Dalles is a true professional and I look forward to working with him on future purchases! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
