I had the pleasure of working with Emily Watson on my vehicle search. She provided a zero pressure, very personable, and enjoyable experience. I never felt uncomfortable or forced in our interaction, we had a wonderful time discussing vehicle options, priorities, and test driving. Emily was very patient and worked very well with myself, brother, and father-the whole family came and she was a champ! I purchased a vehicle with Emily and not only was she wonderful to work with, she was also knowledgeable about the vehicles. It was honestly the best car purchase experience I’ve ever had and I will seek Emily out to purchase my future vehicles!

What an excellent experience my husband and I had at Whitaker GMC Forest Lake. We just purchased a Sierra 1500 Denali GMC Truck. It is a stunning lava red with all of the bells and whistles. We have never had a vehicle like this one and were a little nervous about purchasing a larger vehicle. That is where Logan Strunk came in. He was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He allowed us to take our time and really examine the vehicle. Not only was Logan friendly and approachable but we were greeted by the General Manager ( Jim Bush) as well. Everyone there wanted to make sure we were taken care of, and it showed. We will definitely go back there to make future purchases. Recently we received a thank you note from the dealership ( The General Manager- Jim Bush) Thank you for not rushing us through the car buying experience. We will be back!

We had an issue with our car that needed to be taken care of before we can continue to drive it. We were able to drop it off Sunday night and it was fixed by Tuesday late morning. Everything was covered under warranty and there were no issues. Eric was our service guy and did a very good job

I like to have the points added to my GMC account but the last 3 oil changes - either the system is down at the store or the system is down at GMC- it is very frustrating and then they tell me to follow up- I tried numerous times but get no where! Your program is not working and it is costing me money with no point returns. At $98 an oil change that is almost $300 in points I don’t have!

My rear camera needed to be fixed along with oil change was estimated to be around 4 hours time. I had planned to wait not knowing how long it was going to be. I was offered a ride home which i took. To my surprise my suv was done in two hours. My ride back was quick to pick me up. Everyone made the experience quick and hassle free. Will definitely continue to do business with them.

I visited Whitaker back in May of 2022 to look at a Nissan Titan Pro-4X. Both sales guys that I dealt with were fantastic. There was no pressure to buy or trade in. There was no pressure to buy "GMC". The truck came with two keys, which is difficult to get these days. Overall the experience was great! If they have the vehicle you're looking for in stock, don't hesitate to give them a shot!

I brought our 2003 LaSabre Limited to Whitaker for an oil change (84,000+ miles). Eric and shop crew also found I needed a new wheel bearing plus transmission coolant lines. Two hours later all was completed despite a backlog of vehicles in the shop. I was more than satisfied that the crew diagnosed the several problems caused by aging of the Buick and now I can drive more safely with confidence.

This was the easiest car buying experience I've ever had. Dave was great he had all the information about the vehicle beforehand and everything was already ready at pick up. He showed me all the cars features and all the information I needed. He got my phone all set up through the vehicle and all set up with sirius radio and onstar with in just a few minutes. Personnel are all very personable. I will add though, it took much longer to get the service done. An oil change etc. took nearly 2 hours. My appt. was for 9:30 and I was lucky to get out of there at 11:20 because I had another appt. at 11:30. i understand that they are very busy but this won't stop me from returning for all my services.

After several dealerships not wanting to look into my radio receiver software updates, I gave a call to Eric Pratt at Whitaker. He took the time to not only research my car on why the radio didn't have certain features but how to get the software updated. Whitaker svc reps set themselves apart from *cough cough* some other dealerships nearby... and by nearby I mean Forest Lake Auto Group (Chevy) svc rep Dan, who basically gave me the short "No, the software cant be updated" Thanks to Eric, the radio unit software is updated and has the features to connect my phone... happy camper. I'll look to them to service my Chevrolet

This was my first experience with Fury GMC of Forest Lake and they treated me like I was a customer who has been going there for years. By far the Best dealer etiquette that I have ever had. I test-drove a Honda Pilot at Fury GMC Forest Lake. My salesperson was Lisa Horst. After the test drive, I met with Lisa in the office. I told her that I needed 24 hrs to review all the numbers. She did not pressure me. I greatly appreciated that. The next day, when I spoke to her, I told her that, sadly, it was out of my budget. She asked about my budget and said that she would work some numbers to see if she could get it within my budget. To my surprise, she was able to do it!!!! She knew I loved that vehicle. Moral of the story: Don't assume it's not within your budget until your salesperson works their magic. I put down a $500 deposit, and the next day, I made it mine. Lisa was so easy to work with. She is knowledgeable and efficient. She wanted me to be 100% satisfied and put me at ease with the buying process. My boyfriend ended up buying a truck from her while I was meeting with Bob Flynn in Financing! Bob was also so easy to work with. What a day it was for both of us. If you're looking for a vehicle, definitely see Lisa Horst at Fury GMC Forest Lake to get the vehicle of your dreams! 5* experience.

Purchased a 2022 Camaro all the way from Texas. 10/10 Amazing service. Aaron A. was my salesperson and he was nothing but kind and helpful. Any questions I needed he was able to answer. Everything was transparent and I had zero issues. It was a bit of a process because it was an out of state purchase but even then it went very smooth. They recommended a carrier and it arrived within 5 days of purchase in beautiful condition just as they described it and how it was shown in the pictures. Easy 5 stars if I ever travel to Forest Lake I'd like to visit them in person to thank for helping me get my dream car.

I recently purchased a new used car from Fury GMC in Forest Lake and I definitely rate my experience a 10 out of 10. Dalles offered me a deal that I could not refuse and made the whole buying experience a breeze. I had some anxiety about whether or not it was the right time for me to make such a large financial commitment but Gary in financing went out of his way to get me the best interest rate and took the time to thoroughly explain everything I was purchasing before signing. The whole experience was superb and I highly recommend checking them out to anyone on the market for a new or used vehicle!

I applied online for pre-approval around 5 PM and received a call just five minutes later. Jack, who assisted us, invited us to come in the same day. We went to the dealership, test drove the car, and the team worked hard to get us a better rate. We honestly didn't expect to be bringing our new car home that day! The whole process took about four hours, but it was well worth it. Bob was also great to work with. He explained everything in detail and even helped us set up insurance for our new car. Definitely recommend this place, and we would gladly come back again!

Worked with Jack to pick out a bigger truck for our family. Jack took us through 4 different trucks. He was extremely knowledgeable on each one and the features they each had. We had to consult the in-house "gear-head" quickly for a few mechanical related questions, but all questions were answered. Showed us how they got the trade value on my trade, as well as showed us how they got the price on the truck we bought. Overall great experience. I'll be returning to Fury Motors for my next truck.

From seeing the car (on CarGuru) and having Aaron follow up via phone and email several times, answering all my questions and concerns, to finally getting a chance to drive the 3 1/2 hours from northern WI to look at & drive 2 cars I was interested in, this was definitely the BEST experience I have had buying a vehicle (& I've had several over my 69 years!). Aaron was off so David Middleton showed me the 2 vehicles (a 2024 Cadillac XT6 and a 2024 Buick Enclave). Both vehicles came with lots of bells and whistles and Dave did a great job of comparing the 2, explaining how to use everything in a unhurried, kind, pleasant manner, to patiently waiting for me to make my decision the whole process was terrific. Thank you Aaron and Dave - I love my new Cadillac!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ What an excellent - out of state - experience with Fury in Forest Lake, MN! I made a call to Fury regarding a used Jeep Grand Cherokee one Monday evening, and was paired with sales team member Dalles. By the next day, Dalles and I were able to review photos, talk through vehicle specifics, and allow me to be comfortable purchasing a vehicle from several hundred miles away in North Dakota. Dalles and Fury, additionally, worked with me on a trade in, and we were able to meet in the middle (distance-wise) to complete the transaction and vehicle trade. By Thursday of that same week, Dalles drove away in my 2017 Jeep GC, and I drove away in the 2024! ☺️ thank you for making this transaction so easy for me! Dalles is a true professional and I look forward to working with him on future purchases! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
