Purchased a 2022 Camaro all the way from Texas. 10/10 Amazing service. Aaron A. was my salesperson and he was nothing but kind and helpful. Any questions I needed he was able to answer. Everything was transparent and I had zero issues. It was a bit of a process because it was an out of state purchase but even then it went very smooth. They recommended a carrier and it arrived within 5 days of purchase in beautiful condition just as they described it and how it was shown in the pictures. I applied online for pre-approval around 5 PM and received a call just five minutes later. Jack, who assisted us, invited us to come in the same day. We went to the dealership, test drove the car, and the team worked hard to get us a better rate. We honestly didn't expect to be bringing our new car home that day!
The whole process took about four hours, but it was well worth it. Bob was also great to work with. He explained everything in detail and even helped us set up insurance for our new car.

The people and prices were great. They did what I needed and understood. If I have to find something not so positive is that "come to sigh the papers' could be a little less than 3 hours. But the next vehicle I buy will be with them.
Worked with Jack to pick out a bigger truck for our family. Jack took us through 4 different trucks. He was extremely knowledgeable on each one and the features they each had. We had to consult the in-house "gear-head" quickly for a few mechanical related questions, but all questions were answered. Showed us how they got the trade value on my trade, as well as showed us how they got the price on the truck we bought. Overall great experience. I'll be returning to Fury Motors for my next truck.

I made a call to Fury regarding a used Jeep Grand Cherokee one Monday evening, and was paired with sales team member Dalles. By the next day, Dalles and I were able to review photos, talk through vehicle specifics, and allow me to be comfortable purchasing a vehicle from several hundred miles away in North Dakota. Dalles and Fury, additionally, worked with me on a trade in, and we were able to meet in the middle (distance-wise) to complete the transaction and vehicle trade. By Thursday of that same week, Dalles drove away in my 2017 Jeep GC, and I drove away in the 2024! ☺️ thank you for making this transaction so easy for me! I visited Whitaker back in May of 2022 to look at a Nissan Titan Pro-4X. Both sales guys that I dealt with were fantastic. There was no pressure to buy or trade in. There was no pressure to buy "GMC". The truck came with two keys, which is difficult to get these days. Overall the experience was great! If they have the vehicle you're looking for in stock, don't hesitate to give them a shot!

I told him my need was to have the proper amount of air added to my tires and my wish was to have oil maintenance completed if possible! I brought our 2003 LaSabre Limited to Whitaker for an oil change (84,000+ miles). Eric and shop crew also found I needed a new wheel bearing plus transmission coolant lines. Two hours later all was completed despite a backlog of vehicles in the shop. I was more than satisfied that the crew diagnosed the several problems caused by aging of the Buick and now I can drive more safely with confidence.
I called on a truck Dave was very helpful, and weeks sooner then expected the truck arrived, the had the psi done same day and I was able to pick it up that night.

Stopped in at the last moment when we realized our check engine light was on no appointment or anything, took us right in and fixed within about45 min all still under warranty thats the best!! This was the easiest car buying experience I've ever had. Dave was great he had all the information about the vehicle beforehand and everything was already ready at pick up. He showed me all the cars features and all the information I needed. He got my phone all set up through the vehicle and all set up with sirius radio and onstar with in just a few minutes. I'm extremely happy with the vehicle and will enjoy owning it. I will definitely refer anyone I know in search of a vehicle to Dave.
Personnel are all very personable. I will add though, it took much longer to get the service done. An oil change etc. took nearly 2 hours. My appt. was for 9:30 and I was lucky to get out of there at 11:20 because I had another appt. at 11:30. i understand that they are very busy but this won't stop me from returning for all my services.
I dropped of my car with out an appointment. There told me they didn't know if they could get me in. Not only did they get me in my car was done by the end of the day.
The Encore GX was in transit when we saw it on the website. I contacted Jeff in sales and he was easy to work with and kept me updated on the arrival date. Once it arrived, everything was seamless with the delivery and paperwork.
After several dealerships not wanting to look into my radio receiver software updates, I gave a call to Eric Pratt at Whitaker. He took the time to not only research my car on why the radio didn't have certain features but how to get the software updated. Whitaker svc reps set themselves apart from *cough cough* some other dealerships nearby... and by nearby I mean Forest Lake Auto Group (Chevy) svc rep Dan, who basically gave me the short "No, the software cant be updated" Thanks to Eric, the radio unit software is updated and has the features to connect my phone... happy camper. I'll look to them to service my Chevrolet

Eric Pratt in service and the gentleman in parts went above and beyond in addressing a separate issue with my truck when I was in for routine maintenance. It was small enough problem with my fuel fill tube fastener that they could’ve easily brushed it off, but they researched a solution, installed parts and fixed it all during the oil change. Not a bid deal in their day, but a reasonable irritant for me every time I filled the tank. Thanks for excellent service in the details guys.
