It was outstanding. My son's car had a windshield wiper transmission failure at the start of a 13 hour drive to visit us over the holidays. We got an appointment right away, which was great. The net cost was zero because it was something GMC had a recall on, and they washed and vacuumed the car on top of that. Mike, our service person was very friendly and helpful. As an overall experience, we're calling it the Christmas miracle. You guys are great! Thank you.

What a GREAT vehicle and GREAT experience at Whitaker Buick GMC Forest Lake! Steve, Bob and Gary were all fantastic and we absolutely love the new YUKON AT4! Communication was excellent from beginning to end and the process was smooth and simple. The vehicle was delivered almost an entire month earlier than expected which is amazing at a time when vehicles are hard to find and slow to receive. Everything from Whitaker Forest Lake exceeded our expectations!!

Eric Pratt in service and the gentleman in parts went above and beyond in addressing a separate issue with my truck when I was in for routine maintenance. It was small enough problem with my fuel fill tube fastener that they could’ve easily brushed it off, but they researched a solution, installed parts and fixed it all during the oil change. Not a bid deal in their day, but a reasonable irritant for me every time I filled the tank. Thanks for excellent service in the details guys.

At Whitaker I have always felt that the service providers are knowledgeable and do not over recommend service. As a female truck owner it has been a bumpy road with mechanics and service providers who treat women like people. It is refreshing and I am always recommending people go to Whitaker GMC and Buick for service.

Dave Middleton was wonderful! Whitaker was the 4th dealership I had been to that day because I was ready to purchase a vehicle. The first place had a lack of inventory and the next two were very frustrating because they would not look at my trade to give me a price (just estimated with Kelly Blue book without looking at my vehicle) and it was difficult for me to get the sales reps' attention at one of the dealerships. Once I did enter into a conversation I was repeatedly asked when my husband would join us which I felt to be disrespectful. However, at Whitaker Dave gave me his full attention as soon as I walked in the door, walked me through options for what I said I wanted, walked me through pricing and pretty much had me sold before we got to the car. I was unfamiliar with Acadias before arriving at your deadlership last week and I wanted that vehicle by the time I left. If it had not been so late in the day I would have made the purcahse right then. We know we will need an additional car for our household next year and look forward to connecting with Dave again in 2022. I would highly recommend him to family and friends. Also, never having had a vehicle with OnStar before, we are really pleased with this service and the new Guardian app option for our family. This technology and the loyalty progam/credit card to earn funds toward a down payment are very attractive. We have been loyal Honda customers for nearly 20 years and have never had that benefit before and appreciate the opportunity to try these programs with GMC.

Dave Middleton, our Sales Consultant was very informative and patient answering all of our questions. We had been looking around for a truck for a while and discovered the one we bought by looking online. It was a couple hour drive for us and Dave assured us that the truck would be there when we got there. It was a no pressure sale (we would have walked away otherwise). Dave knowledgeably pointed out all the bells, whistles, and safety features of the truck without being pushy. I would also like to say that Gary Miskowic was excellent in assisting us as well, very friendly, helpful, and willing to answer questions in easy to understand terms. I would like to add that we never met either of these gentleman prior to our vehicle purchase, nor are we related in any way to our knowledge. Thank you.

Adam Bernardini in the Service department is the absolute best!! He goes above and beyond every time. I've had a transmission issue for almost the past year. Long story short....he worked with the extended warranty company (warranty had just expired, but he kept such great notes from last summer) and made sure the right thing was done for me and my vehicle. He really cares about his customers! They all do. Have had great experiences with Eric Pratt as well. This is why I continue to use Whitaker for my GM/GMC service needs, and recommend them to others. This was my first experience with Fury GMC of Forest Lake and they treated me like I was a customer who has been going there for years. By far the Best dealer etiquette that I have ever had. I broke down near their shop, pulled in and they had me checked in and in a rental and back on the road in under 45 minutes, my service advisor, Jerrod was a rockstar!! I test-drove a Honda Pilot at Fury GMC Forest Lake. My salesperson was Lisa Horst. After the test drive, I met with Lisa in the office. I told her that I needed 24 hrs to review all the numbers. She did not pressure me. I greatly appreciated that. The next day, when I spoke to her, I told her that, sadly, it was out of my budget. She asked about my budget and said that she would work some numbers to see if she could get it within my budget. To my surprise, she was able to do it!!!! She knew I loved that vehicle. Moral of the story: Don't assume it's not within your budget until your salesperson works their magic. I put down a $500 deposit, and the next day, I made it mine. Lisa was so easy to work with. She is knowledgeable and efficient. She wanted me to be 100% satisfied and put me at ease with the buying process. My boyfriend ended up buying a truck from her while I was meeting with Bob Flynn in Financing! Bob was also so easy to work with. What a day it was for both of us. If you're looking for a vehicle, definitely see Lisa Horst at Fury GMC Forest Lake to get the vehicle of your dreams! 5* experience.

Purchased a 2022 Camaro all the way from Texas. 10/10 Amazing service. Aaron A. was my salesperson and he was nothing but kind and helpful. Any questions I needed he was able to answer. Everything was transparent and I had zero issues. It was a bit of a process because it was an out of state purchase but even then it went very smooth. They recommended a carrier and it arrived within 5 days of purchase in beautiful condition just as they described it and how it was shown in the pictures. Easy 5 stars if I ever travel to Forest Lake I'd like to visit them in person to thank for helping me get my dream car.

I recently purchased a new used car from Fury GMC in Forest Lake and I definitely rate my experience a 10 out of 10. Dalles offered me a deal that I could not refuse and made the whole buying experience a breeze. I had some anxiety about whether or not it was the right time for me to make such a large financial commitment but Gary in financing went out of his way to get me the best interest rate and took the time to thoroughly explain everything I was purchasing before signing. The whole experience was superb and I highly recommend checking them out to anyone on the market for a new or used vehicle!

I applied online for pre-approval around 5 PM and received a call just five minutes later. Jack, who assisted us, invited us to come in the same day. We went to the dealership, test drove the car, and the team worked hard to get us a better rate. We honestly didn't expect to be bringing our new car home that day! The whole process took about four hours, but it was well worth it. Bob was also great to work with. He explained everything in detail and even helped us set up insurance for our new car. Definitely recommend this place, and we would gladly come back again!

Worked with Jack to pick out a bigger truck for our family. Jack took us through 4 different trucks. He was extremely knowledgeable on each one and the features they each had. We had to consult the in-house "gear-head" quickly for a few mechanical related questions, but all questions were answered. Showed us how they got the trade value on my trade, as well as showed us how they got the price on the truck we bought. Overall great experience. I'll be returning to Fury Motors for my next truck.

From seeing the car (on CarGuru) and having Aaron follow up via phone and email several times, answering all my questions and concerns, to finally getting a chance to drive the 3 1/2 hours from northern WI to look at & drive 2 cars I was interested in, this was definitely the BEST experience I have had buying a vehicle (& I've had several over my 69 years!). Aaron was off so David Middleton showed me the 2 vehicles (a 2024 Cadillac XT6 and a 2024 Buick Enclave). Both vehicles came with lots of bells and whistles and Dave did a great job of comparing the 2, explaining how to use everything in a unhurried, kind, pleasant manner, to patiently waiting for me to make my decision the whole process was terrific. Thank you Aaron and Dave - I love my new Cadillac!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ What an excellent - out of state - experience with Fury in Forest Lake, MN! I made a call to Fury regarding a used Jeep Grand Cherokee one Monday evening, and was paired with sales team member Dalles. By the next day, Dalles and I were able to review photos, talk through vehicle specifics, and allow me to be comfortable purchasing a vehicle from several hundred miles away in North Dakota. Dalles and Fury, additionally, worked with me on a trade in, and we were able to meet in the middle (distance-wise) to complete the transaction and vehicle trade. By Thursday of that same week, Dalles drove away in my 2017 Jeep GC, and I drove away in the 2024! ☺️ thank you for making this transaction so easy for me! Dalles is a true professional and I look forward to working with him on future purchases! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
