Dalles at Fury GMC gave me tremendous service when it came to buying my truck. I spontaneously drove from Wisconsin 3+ hours for a vehicle on a whim and he and Gary on the financial side got me in and out the door within an hour. Service was incredible and I got a beautiful truck out of it. Great company to do business with!

My wife and I had a great experience with Jack Burn during our recent SUV purchase at Fury GMC. Throughout the entire process Jack was super! He provided a minimum pressure purchase process, working hard to provide a win/win for us and the dealer. But Jack’s best service was after the purchase agreement was agreed to with complete education of the vehicle’s multiple features and setup with GMC, OnStar, and the SUV’s onboard computer. Also Bob in the Finance helped us through all the finance options as well as the other options (Warranties and extras such as the rust proof, ceramic and interior sealants), providing detail information, with all the pro’s/cons and not trying to oversell to us. A great experience overall!

I came in with engine problems with out an appointment. They were very kind and said they would run a dionostic and let me know what the problem was. They arranged a shuttle ride home for me called me 3 hrs later that the vehicle was ready and repaired. Arranged for a shuttle to pick me up so I could get my car. Great service, friendly and professional. Could not ask for more. I will continue to use them for all my vehicles needs.

Had a great experience purchasing a vehicle at Fury Motors in Forest Lake. Our salesman Jack was very friendly, very professional, and very help throughout the whole process. Jack was able to answer all our questions and was very knowledgeable about the vehicle we were looking to purchase. The best thing was we did not feel pressured and felt very comfortable throughout the whole process. Mr Finance, Bob, was also great to work with, just like Jack, very personable, friendly, professional, and we never felt pressured, making us very comfortable. A great dealership to purchase a vehicle from, will definitely be back and will refer to family and friends to check out when looking for vehicles.

Best dealership experience I’ve EVER had. Shoutout to Dave who is one of the nicest car salesman I’ve ever met and made the experience SOOOO much better. Worked with me as I live many hours away to get me details over the phone so I made sure the drive was worth it. OH IT WAS! Gave me more for my trade than anyone else and price of vehicle was multiple thousand better than identical trucks at other dealerships. Got to bring home this beautiful 2021 GMC Sierra Elevation!

This was my first experience with Fury GMC of Forest Lake and they treated me like I was a customer who has been going there for years. By far the Best dealer etiquette that I have ever had. I broke down near their shop, pulled in and they had me checked in and in a rental and back on the road in under 45 minutes, my service advisor, Jerrod was a rockstar!! I test-drove a Honda Pilot at Fury GMC Forest Lake. My salesperson was Lisa Horst. After the test drive, I met with Lisa in the office. I told her that I needed 24 hrs to review all the numbers. She did not pressure me. I greatly appreciated that. The next day, when I spoke to her, I told her that, sadly, it was out of my budget. She asked about my budget and said that she would work some numbers to see if she could get it within my budget. To my surprise, she was able to do it!!!! She knew I loved that vehicle. Moral of the story: Don't assume it's not within your budget until your salesperson works their magic. I put down a $500 deposit, and the next day, I made it mine. Lisa was so easy to work with. She is knowledgeable and efficient. She wanted me to be 100% satisfied and put me at ease with the buying process. My boyfriend ended up buying a truck from her while I was meeting with Bob Flynn in Financing! Bob was also so easy to work with. What a day it was for both of us. If you're looking for a vehicle, definitely see Lisa Horst at Fury GMC Forest Lake to get the vehicle of your dreams! 5* experience.

Purchased a 2022 Camaro all the way from Texas. 10/10 Amazing service. Aaron A. was my salesperson and he was nothing but kind and helpful. Any questions I needed he was able to answer. Everything was transparent and I had zero issues. It was a bit of a process because it was an out of state purchase but even then it went very smooth. They recommended a carrier and it arrived within 5 days of purchase in beautiful condition just as they described it and how it was shown in the pictures. Easy 5 stars if I ever travel to Forest Lake I'd like to visit them in person to thank for helping me get my dream car.

I recently purchased a new used car from Fury GMC in Forest Lake and I definitely rate my experience a 10 out of 10. Dalles offered me a deal that I could not refuse and made the whole buying experience a breeze. I had some anxiety about whether or not it was the right time for me to make such a large financial commitment but Gary in financing went out of his way to get me the best interest rate and took the time to thoroughly explain everything I was purchasing before signing. The whole experience was superb and I highly recommend checking them out to anyone on the market for a new or used vehicle!

Dave Middleton, our Sales Consultant was very informative and patient answering all of our questions. We had been looking around for a truck for a while and discovered the one we bought by looking online. It was a couple hour drive for us and Dave assured us that the truck would be there when we got there. It was a no pressure sale (we would have walked away otherwise). Dave knowledgeably pointed out all the bells, whistles, and safety features of the truck without being pushy.
I would also like to say that Gary Miskowic was excellent in assisting us as well, very friendly, helpful, and willing to answer questions in easy to understand terms.
I would like to add that we never met either of these gentleman prior to our vehicle purchase, nor are we related in any way to our knowledge. Thank you.

Adam Bernardini in the Service department is the absolute best!! He goes above and beyond every time. I've had a transmission issue for almost the past year. Long story short....he worked with the extended warranty company (warranty had just expired, but he kept such great notes from last summer) and made sure the right thing was done for me and my vehicle. He really cares about his customers! They all do. Have had great experiences with Eric Pratt as well. This is why I continue to use Whitaker for my GM/GMC service needs, and recommend them to others.
